- Referral and provider information: your DME provider, ordering/referring clinician, and related administrative details.

- Provide PAP education, coaching, and troubleshooting support.
- Track and support your therapy compliance during the program.
- Coordinate with your DME provider and, when appropriate, your clinician
- Document services provided and maintain quality and safety.

- With your DME provider: to support setup, equipment-related coordination, and compliance reporting.
- With your clinician (when applicable): to support clinical coordination, questions about therapy, or documentation.
- With service providers: trusted vendors who help us operate (for example, secure communications, scheduling, or document storage). These vendors are required to protect your information and use it only to provide services to PAP IQ.
- As required by law: if we are required to disclose information by law, regulation, court order, or to protect safety.

- Phone and text: We may call or text you for scheduling and support. Standard message and data rates may apply.
- Email: Email may not always be fully secure. If you prefer not to receive email, tell us and we will use an alternative method when possible.
