These Terms apply to all visitors, patients, healthcare providers, DME partners, and any
other users of the Site.

2. About PAP IQ

PAP IQ provides patient education and compliance support services for individuals
using PAP therapy (CPAP, APAP, BiPAP, IVAP, ASV) for the treatment of sleep apnea.
PAP IQ partners with durable medical equipment (DME) providers to support patients
through the 90-day compliance journey.

3. Not Medical Advice

The content on this Site is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

“PAP IQ” and “CPAP Made Easy” are proprietary names of PAP IQ. Nothing on this Site
grants any license or right to use these names, logos, or trademarks without prior
written permission from PAP IQ.

4.3 Limited License

PAP IQ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use
the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include:

Reproducing, copying, or distributing any content for commercial purposes
Modifying or creating derivative works based on Site content
Using data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools
Removing any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
