Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your care needs and program activity. You may receive up to several messages per week during active support periods.

Costs
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. PAP IQ does not charge for text messages.

How to Opt Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. To re-enroll, reply START or contact us directly.
